Gates open to the public at 2PM on Friday April 23rd. There will be vendors from North & South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Viriginia and many other states. Thet will be supplying many items such as motorcycles, new and used parts, new and used accessories, motorcycle leather apparel, biker jewelry, T-Shirts, clothes, novelties and much more.

There will be a nice selection of area tattoo artist on hand. They are all safe and pass the high standards set by the state of North Carolina. These traveling businesses also come from states around the southeast. Some may even be shops that you deal with at home. Don't want a forever tattoo. No problem. There will be removable tattoos available also.
There will be countles food and drink vendors available. Everything from hot dogs, hamburgers, soupbeans and cornbread, funnel cake, turkey legs, and much more. All your favorite sodas and water will be on hand. There will be no beer sold because it is a dry county. If you drink bring your own.
Friday night kicks off a great night of southern rock. This years main event features Molly Hatchet. Molly Hatchet is an American southern rock band formed in Jacksonville, Fl in 1975. They are widely known for their hit song "Flirtin' With Disaster" from the album of the same title. The band, founded by Dave Hlubek and Steve Holland, took its name from a prostitute who allegedly mutilated and decapitated her clients. Currently Molly Hatchet is made up of Bobby Ingram, Phil McCormack, Dave Hlubeck, John Galvin, Tim Lindsey and Shawn Beamer.
Events restart Saturday morning at 10AM. After breakfast shopping resumes. Don't forget to pick up your Cherokee T-Shirt and Event Pin before the good selections are gone. Once the air is full of smoke and dust it will be time to enjoy the Miss Cherokee Survivor contest. Girls from all over the mid-south participate in this event and it is one of Cherokee's favorites.
As the evening settles it is time for the music to refill the valley. The opening band for Saturday night is Big Engine. Every biker that attends motorcycle rallies knows who Big Engine is. They play at dozens of the rallies around the country. After they get the crowd in the mood Jackel will follow.
Jackel is an American rock band formed in 1990. Their sound has been described as hard rock, heavy metal, Southern metal and glam metal. The band is probably best known for its songs "Down On Me", and "The Lumberjack", which features a chainsaw solo by lead singer Jesse James Dupree. Current members of Jackel are Jesse James Dupree, Jeff Worley, Chris Worley and Roman Glick.
You are welcome, and invited, to attend church services with the Christian Motorcycle Club Sunday morning. After services the vendors will be displaying their goods up to about 4PM. Sometimes you can pick up some great departing deals, or get that item you should have gotten yesterday. Be sure to stop by before making your trip home.
