Our Ordering Policy is as follows

If UPS delivers in your area we will ship you merchandise.
Orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time will not be processed until the following day.
In most circumstances please allow 24 hours for us to process your order.
Ghost Riders Leather recommends credit card orders be shipped to the credit card billing address for maximum protection of your personal information.
Ghost Riders Leather requires a physical address when billing address is a PO Box.
Ghost Riders Leather reserves the right to select the parcel carrier and cannot guarantee delivery times.
Price, product details and services are subject to change without notice.

Ghost Riders Leather cannot be responsible for customer time restraints, late ordering, carrier delivery time, or the unavailability of stock by manufacturers.

Our Shipping Policy is as follows

Payment by Paypal as well as Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
All credit card orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Any orders processed after 12pm EST, will be shipped the following day.
If UPS delivers in your area we will ship you merchandise.

Our Return Policy is as follows

If your purchase arrives damaged, Ghost Riders Leather will replace it free of charge within 30 days.
Claims against packaging errors or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If your purchase dosen't fit, you can exchange it for a different size at no cost (excluding postage) within 30 days of your order.
Before returning any merchandise please email or call Ghost Riders Leather for directions.
Ghost Riders Leather can only accept returns on unused and unaltered merchandise.
Unauthorized returns risk being refused, rejected, destroyed, or donated to charity.
Return your merchandise with a copy of your receipt.
Customer is responsible for postage on any returning item.

Our exchange Policy is as follows

Exchange received by UPS 2 days or Overnight service will be exchanged first. All other packages will be handled in the order they have been received. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your exchange. Holiday exchanges can take an additional 2 to 3 days.
On a 30 day size exchange we pay the freight on the domestic package back to you (one time only).
30 day exchange applies to 30 days from purchase invoice.
30 day free size exchange is not available to customers that have had package forwarding, unpaid balances, or purchases out of the country.
No exchange on used, soiled or altered items.
